Alcodefi
A full-stack platform for a finance and banking training center, with a public catalogue, pre-registration and a full admin back-office. I designed and built most of it: authentication and role-based access, the admin dashboard, an audit trail, and an ERP sync integration.

Overview
Alcodefi is a training center and consultancy in finance and banking. Its platform publishes the trainings it offers and when they run, lets prospects pre-register for a session, and gives staff a back-office to manage all of it. Most of the catalogue lives in the center's ERP, so the platform keeps itself in sync with it. I designed the architecture and built most of the platform, working alongside a second developer.
What I built
- A public catalogue and planning, browsable by date or by professional domain and searchable, where visitors put together a selection of sessions and download it as a PDF.
- Pre-registration for a specific session, plus the option to follow a training (an email whenever a new session is published) or to get a reminder before a registration deadline.
- A back-office for trainings, sessions, domains, users and incoming pre-registrations, with role-based access for admins, managers and trainers.
- An audit trail of staff actions, and rate limiting on the public forms.
- A scheduled one-way sync from the ERP, running alongside the scheduled reminder emails.
